Your role
We offer you the opportunity to combine hands-on professional experience in Sales and Retail Management with a part-time Master’s degree in Sales Management (FOM, Digital Live program)
Entry through a paid internship (Oct. 2025 – Feb. 2026) to gain in-depth insight into our company and markets
Transition into the Junior Retail & Sales Management position starting March 2026
Your tasks
Supporting retail and sales management, particularly at the InnoZen Store Düsseldorf
Customer consulting and Sales offer management (B2C & B2B)
Supervising store opening hours (Fri. 11 am – 6 pm, Sat. 11 am – 5 pm) plus flexible work on two additional weekdays (home office, trade fairs, events, or client appointments)
Assisting with trade fairs, events, sales strategies, and market analyses
Acting as an interface between Sales and Marketing
Actively contributing to the further development of our retail and sales concepts
Your profile
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, or comparable field
Initial experience in sales, retail, or customer-related environments is an advantage
Strong communication skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for working with people
Willingness to travel and attend trade fairs
Interest in wellbeing, interior design, and innovative lifestyle products
Motivation for a mix of hands-on experience in a start-up environment and academic advancement
