Your Role

As Regional Sales & Retail Manager (m/f/d), you are the face of InnoZen in the Düsseldorf area. You combine sales with brand presence, ensuring that potential customers and partners experience our saunas and the integrated solutions of the entire KY Innovation Group.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent sales activities in the Düsseldorf area on a flexible weekday, including field sales, door-to-door sales, and partner acquisition.

• Presenting InnoZen and the KY Innovation Group to potential end customer, commercial clients and cooperation partners, such as interior designers, architectural firms, real estate agents, and other multipliers.

• Scheduling and coordinating appointments for consultations in the Düsseldorf store or on platforms such as trade fairs and production sites etc.

• Reporting directly to management and jointly optimizing the sales strategy.

• Fixed store days on Fridays and Saturdays: consulting private clients, using the showroom for B2B meetings, and preparing offers and visualizations.

Your Profile

• Experience in sales, ideally in direct sales, field sales, or door-to-door business.

• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working.

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Enthusiasm for wellbeing, lifestyle, design and innovation.

• Confident use of MS Office.
