The performance fabrics we use have all the properties required in saunas. They are not only temperature-resistant but also free from harmful substances and are skin-friendly. Naturally, they don’t absorb odours but are water-repellent and easy to care for. We use the same functional fabrics for the back cushions as for the sauna cabin itself. Since there is direct skin contact, the back cushions can be removed and the covers exchanged. They can be cleaned in the washing machine as needed.

The frame of an InnoZen sauna cabin consists of specially made aluminum profiles. The connection of aluminum frames and fabrics using plastic piping is the basic patent of our manufacturing sister company kyuno. By consciously avoiding wood in the substructure, we can guarantee the long-lasting quality of our saunas. Sufficient insulating material is located between the inner and outer fabric coverings, ensuring excellent insulation of the sauna cabin and preventing the heat generated from escaping into the room.

All InnoZen saunas are delivered and assembled on-site by our own or an authorised assembly team. We consult with you to coordinate the delivery and installation date and handover to the electrician. The costs for delivery and assembly depend on the installation location and are taken into account in the offer.

The choice of sauna heater depends on the volume of the sauna or sauna room. A wide selection of EOS sauna technology is available. The sauna technology must only be put into operation by a professional electrician. Commissioning is usually done by the customer.

Smooth floors such as tiles, stone, wood and laminate are suitable. The temperature and humidity are carefully controlled within the cabin, ensuring no moisture reaches the floor during proper use. However, if the infusion is poured over the stones too quickly or at a low temperature, some liquid may seep through and drip onto the floor. This can be easily cleaned. Similarly, any accidental spills can be wiped away without difficulty. For added convenience, we recommend using a bath mat outside the sauna for after your session. The outdoor carpets shown are not included in the scope of delivery.

The functional fabrics used in the sauna are designed to offer superior hygiene and are easier to clean compared to traditional wood. Generally, a simple wipe-down with a damp cloth, similar to cleaning furniture, is sufficient. The technical acrylic fibers are water-repellent and do not absorb bacteria or odors. Even with frequent use in commercial sauna cabins, the fabrics remain easy to care for and durable. In the unlikely event of a staun, we recommend using a mild soap solution and a cleaning cloth for effective removal.

While the Urban, Comfort, and Superior Home Spa models offer a general guideline regarding dimensions, heating technology, and customization options, the Signature Professional Spa is a completely separate entity. Here, sauna cabins can be designed to exceed the dimensions of the Superior Home Spa, up to 6 x 6 m.

This range is particularly well-suited for commercial use. Entire wellness rooms can be created by converting existing spaces or by realizing complete InnoZen wellness oases in collaboration with our sister companies. A room can thus be designed with InnoZen saunas, IKONO lounge furniture, and moduvers acoustic and room partitioning systems.

We recommend ordering a free fabric sample, as the colour representation may differ from the original colour depending on the screen resolution. Once you have chosen your colours, we will work with you to configure your InnoZen sauna and go through all the options step by step. We send the fabric samples by post within three to five business days, depending on availability. Since the Signature Professional Spa projects are designed to be particularly individual, the delivery time may differ from the standard delivery time.
